Spring Gardens Wraparound is our after school club for Nursery to Year 6. It is held on site at the school and is bookable via our Schoolcomms/ School Gateway system. Sessions are held directly after school with 2 booking options available:
- 3:20 – 4:30pm – £8.00
- 3:20 – 6:00pm – £9.50
Wraparound includes an after school snack and an array of activities to keep your little ones busy. Collection is via the Year 3/4 door, not the main school office.
If you need to contact our wraparound after school club between 3:20pm and 6pm please call the school number (0191 3009750) and choose option 3.

Alternative Payment Methods
We are now able to accept payments via Childcare Vouchers i.e. Edenred, Tax Free Childcare and Student Finance Childcare Grant. We can also provide invoices for parents to claim back childcare costs using Universal Credit. Please see the processes below for how each of these systems work. Please ensure you let the school know if you would like to use an alternative method.
Childcare Vouchers
Our care account number is – P21366098. You can use this to select our setting on your online account and pay us in advance for your childcare.
Tax Free childcare
Our setting number is – 150331. You can use this to select our setting on your online account and pay us in advance for your childcare.
Tax Free and Childcare Vouchers
Money paid to the school using these methods will be automatically added to your account on Arbor, and available to use on the wraparound club. You can send money to top up your account as often as you would like. Please note we will need up to 5 days notice to process your payment and make it available to use on Arbor.
Student Finance Childcare Grant
We will invoice student finance for wraparound sessions you have booked. You can then approve this on your online account. Please ensure we know you would like to use this method if you have not already told us.
Universal Credit Childcare
Once you have told us you would like to receive invoices to claim money back through universal credit childcare, we will send these to you at the end of each month. These invoices will contain all of the information you need to claim back a percentage of your childcare costs from Universal Credit.
