Hello to all our lovely Nursery children and parents. I hope you are all well and staying healthy! I will be uploading different activities and links onto the Nursery page over the forthcoming weeks, with ideas and learning tasks you can do at home. As well as these, I would encourage you to do some counting every day and to read lots of story books; talking about the characters, plot and asking your child to recount the details.
I'd love to see what work you have been doing at home, or to answer any questions that you might have about school work. Please feel free to email me at email@example.com or use the contact form below.
Take care all of you, and I hope to see you all back at school soon.

GROUPS: Children are split into groups for both phonics and maths sessions. Your child will know whether they are with me (Mrs Laidlaw) or with Miss Webley. Please look at the tasks for your child's group. Any queries, please just let me know.
Update 2.4.20: I am in the process of setting up Class Dojo as a communication tool between home and school. I will be sending you an email over the next few days asking you to sign up (there is no cost involved) to Class Dojo as a link to Nursery. If you have recently changed your email address, please contact me using the email above urgently. Thank you.
Welcome to Nursery
I have made a suggested timetable, which you may find helpful to structure the morning or afternoon. I will add different activities for maths, phonics, singing and creative curriculum every few days.
North Tyneside libraries have launched their Easter reading challenge. Please see the attached flyer. They have also given links to lots of audio books and downloads. Please get involved if you can.
Please contact us if you have any difficulties with any aspect of home learning for Nursery.
